Volunteers needed
We are currently seeking volunteers for our annual Student Art Showcase! This showcase will feature the artworks of 600+ students from our free after-school art program in partnership with Downey Foundation for Educational Opportunities (DFEO). This year, our showcase will be hosted at Stonewood Center on Saturday, May 18 from 11am – 8pm.
Volunteers will help in the following areas:
Artwork Curation – Assist our teaching artists with curating student artwork. No curation experience necessary!
Assembling Art Kits – Help us assemble free art kits! We will be passing these out to the first 100 students to attend the event.
Event Ambassador – Greet visitors, pass out flyers, and provide general information on the day of the event!
