Youth Art Classes

Terms & Policies

Artist Agreement

All students are expected to follow our community artist agreement:

  • Treat fellow artists, teachers and staff with kindness and respect.

  • Respect everyone's unique artistic expression and creativity.

  • Use positive and encouraging language when interacting with others.

  • Take care of all art supplies and use them responsibly.

  • Keep my workspace clean and organized to help maintain a tidy environment.

  • Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if I need help or clarification.

  • Talk to a teacher if we’re feeling frustrated or upset so they can help us.

By following this agreement, we can create a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment for everyone!

Cancellations & Refunds

Camps – Cancellations must be made seven (7) days before the start of camp for a full refund to be issued. No refunds will be provided for no shows or cancellations made within seven (7) days of the start date. Please keep in mind that last-minute cancellations prevent other students from participating in our camps.

Monthly Classes – Cancellations must be made three (3) days before the start of the first class for a full refund to be issued. No refunds will be provided for no shows or cancellations made within three (3) days of the start date.

Drop-Ins – Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of class for a full refund to be issued. No refunds will be provided for same day cancellations or no shows.

Emergency Circumstances – We understand that unforeseen emergencies may prevent a student from attending or completing a class. Cancellation requests that fall outside the above policies will be considered on a case by case basis, with any refunds provided in the form of class credit. Please contact hello@stayarts.org for questions.

Stay Gallery reserves the right to cancel, modify or reschedule classes with low sign ups or for unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified at least 24 hours notice and a make-up class will be scheduled or refunds/credits will be provided.

If your child tests positive for COVID-19 after visiting Stay Gallery, please contact our team at (562) 774-2056 so that we can implement COVID-19 safety procedures and contact exposed students and staff to limit further spread.
